Prairie Chicks Scrapbook Challenge #10- Barb's

For challenge #10 we are creating an altered item (ie: recipe box, canvas, picture frame or anything that you have sitting around to re-purpose). Use your imagination. One catch, you must use pattern paper somewhere on the altered item.

As usual you can play along by uploading your pictures to our facebook page or emailing us a photo to .
Here is what Barb came up with,

Using Marrakech paper from Basic Grey she glued to puzzle pieces and cut with a craft knife, inked each piece with Pinecone ink from Versacolor then put together face down. when the puzzle was complete she cut a piece of paper that was 1/2" smaller on all sides and glued it to the back of the puzzle this makes it easier to center on the paper for the frame.

Hint: put the puzzle together first the number the pieces on the back to know the order the pieces go :)
