Prairie Chicks Scrapbook Challenge #33- Joyce

This is our last layout to show you for this challenge, we hope you've enjoyed them and have been inspired to challenge yourself with some of these ideas. This challenge we each had a different challenge to do but they were all double page layouts. Some of us had a color challenge and others a subject to scrapbook.

Joyce had the girl layout and for someone who doesn't typically do girl layouts she did an awesome job! Love this layout :)

Traders Dice Game Night!!!

Have you signed up for our Traders Dice Quilters Game Night yet???  Here's a little info about it:

You've played games where the winner takes all (all the fat quarters, all the charm squares, all the patterns). It's not fun to play that game unless you're the winner. And if you're the winner, you almost feel guilty that you've won it all...  Trader's Dice is a game that you can play with three or more people -- the more the merrier. Roll the dice, trade to the left, trade to the right, trade across the table, or steal from the kitty.  Everyone will go home with at least half of what you came with, no one goes home empty handed!  You just need to bring 10 - 2 1/2" squares (mini charms) to play.  Thursday, November 12, 6:00pm.  Call the shop to reserve your seat (306)934-1972.  Free to play, snacks will be provided.

My challenge was using brown, black, grey, cream and white for my layouts. I decided I wanted to try a little mixed media with texture paste, stencils and paint/ink.
