Prairie Chicks Scrapbook Challenge #15- Amanda's
Challenge #15 is all about using washi tape. We were challenged to use washi
tape on a layout and a card.
Here is Amanda's layout and card,
For the layout Amanda put strips of washi tape in various places over her layout and made those cute little flags with the same tape. On the card flag banners made from the washi tape hang down from a piece of twine.

Hello Spring!!
Spring is finally starting to make an appearance! Have you missed it too? Some people do spring cleaning, we at Prairie Chicks like to mix it up with the change of seasons. We have
decided to change our fat 1/4 size from 18"x 1/2 WOF (width of fabric) to 20"x 1/2 WOF. This will accommodate
Canadian patterns better. Since the fabric amount is increased, the price will
increase slightly as well. Cotton fat 1/4 will now be $4.29
and batik fat 1/4 will now be $4.49. We hope many of you will enjoy this change. Happy Spring everyone!!!

Prairie Chicks Scrapbook Challenge #15- Jen's
Challenge #15 is all about using washi tape. We were challenged to use washi
tape on a layout and a card.
Here is my (Jen) layout and my card
For the layout I just added a couple of blue polka dot washi tape pieces across the page. For the card
I attached two pieces of the same washi tape back to back with a piece of floral wire, cut each into the shape of a feather and fringed the edges. I then twisted the wire together and made a sort of fan with the feathers and adhered them under a flower with hot glue.

New Fabric!!
Ahhh winter. I don't know whether to dislike you for all the snow and bad driving conditions or love you because you allow me to stay indoors crafting! Not sure which will win that war but in the meantime, there is new fabric to drool over. (Don't worry, I will make sure yours is drool free ;)

Prairie Chicks Scrapbook Challenge #15- Lilly's
Challenge #15 is all about using washi tape. We were challenged to use washi
tape on a layout and a card. Here is Lilly's layout and her card.
She used the washi tape to frame her photo by adding a couple of strips of chevron tape just under the photo on two sides. For the card she used a piece of yellow polka dot washi tape making a flag banner to match the paper ones under the card sentiment (love the sentiment!).

Prairie Chicks Scrapbook Challenge #15-Barb's
Challenge #15 is all about using washi tape. We were challenged to use washi tape on a layout and a card. Here is Barb's.
Besides using the tape in strips across her page she also used the negative space from cutting "family" out on her Cricut machine and used the washi tape as a background pattern for her title. On the card Barb wove the tape through each other for a basket weave look.
