November Block of the Month

Sign up for the 2016 Block of the Month has begun!!  Join us for the "Anniversary Medallion"!  We are changing it up this year, instead of buying finishing fabric at the end of the year you will be buying your background fabric before you start!  The finished quilt will be 80"x90"!  Color choices are Muted Masquerade: Navy blue, Icy blue, Grey and Brown OR Jeweled Jubilee: Dark Blue, Turquoise, Purple and Green.  Cost is $6.50/month for pick-up and $8.00/month for mail-out (prices do not include taxes)  Sign up deadline is December 31!!!  Call to sign up or for more info (306)934-1972.

Upcoming Events

Thanks to all who came out to see us at the Saskatoon Quilt Show, we had a great time!  Now that the show has passed we can focus on some upcoming events.  Here's what's happening:
Kids Craft Classes
Thursday, Nov 5 & Thurs Dec 3, 6:30-8:00pm  Cost $12/child
These classes are for kids 7-12 years old, children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult.  Please bring scissors, white liquid glue and a glue stick, all other supplies are provided.
Scrapbook Demo Day - Saturday Nov. 7 10:30am, 1:30pm & 4:30pm
Come check out a new product or technique demo that Jen will be giving.  Great way to see how to use some new product!
Traders Dice Game Night - Thursday, November 12, 6pm
Come check out our Game Night, quilters style!  Call to reserve your spot, it's FREE!  Just bring 10 - 2.5" squares of "quilting quality" fabric and you're set to play!  No one leaves empty handed!
Winter Class Unveiling - November 26, 27 & 28 (Nov 25 will be for Hen House members)
Join us for the unveiling of our winter class schedule, prizes, sales and refreshments.
Scrappin in the Hen House - Fri. Nov 27 & Sat. Nov 28 Cost: Fri $20 (incl. supper) Sat $15 or $30 for both
Come quilt or scrapbook and get some projects done!  Snacks and prizes too!  It's a good weekend to come, you will get to see the winter class samples and get in on the sales too!
